Jared Reid - Designer/Photographer

I am a professional photographer based out of St John's, Newfoundland.

I first became interested in photography at a young age when my mother would take family portraits and snap shots with her old film camera. When I later attended the College of the North Atlantic for Graphic Design I rediscovered photography as my passion. This course included photography and it was at this time that I picked up a camera and seriously began to experiment with it. I have been pursuing a professional path in photography for three years, and work to continually expand my portfolio and skill set.

I see photographs everywhere, from the rust on a building to the beauty in human beings. Therefore my work is not limited to a certain genre. I shoot everything from small plants to people and everything in between, as is demonstrated by my gallery. I am currently working to build my portfolio of model and fashion images.
